So far, I changed the stem to a Nitto (had to add a few spacers too since the previous stem had a taller stack), lubed up the upper and lower bearings in the fork, and removed the old bb. The fork is a 1" forte threadless carbon bladed fork (and is pretty nice!). Right now I have the original seatpost and saddle in there, but will eventually go to a Thomson seatpost since the seat angle doesn't adjust on this one. The frame is pretty light, want to weigh it before building anything up.

The next step is choosing wheels, and a new crank. Since the bike can only take up to 25mm tires, i'll probably go with Wabi Sub 15's. Trying to decide between a SRAM Omnium crank and Campy Record Pista.

25s are just too small but I bet you might could fit a 28.
