No more than $250 and that is only because it looks to be in good shape. Not all Bianchis are created equal, this would have likely been the lowest offering from the company at the time, it is nothing special.
Campy's top end stuff is excellent from the 9-speed era but the bottom stuff is....pretty lousy, I would much rather have something like 9-speed Shimano 105, which is not too hard to find on a bike for ~$300 nowadays.
