I doubt it’s more aero than a Felt IA, Cervelo P5X, etc. I’m fairly confident it’s more aero than a normal round-tubed road bike.
Smaller wheels are known to be more aerodynamic.
The Brompton frame has much less cross sectional area than a typical road frame. The net drag from the frame is directly proportional to area.
