PR-10, specifically
PR-10L, most likely 1974. The crankset is the same as in the 1974 US catalog, a Stronglight 49D. Everything looks correct except for the bar-end shifters, the Q/R rear brake hanger, and the wheelset.

Thanks for the confirmation, Mike. I was looking at older brochure pics and the chainrings were all six arm TA style. Of course those use the same spiders.
