I had a nice conversation with the seller. He is listing it for a friend. Seller says that the original frame decal was mangled in a workstand, thus the replacement. His friend put the fake fork decal on at some point. Seller had been a mechanic before and said he replaced the original Criterium rear derailleur with the one on the bike now. The wheels are clinchers. Seat post and stem are free.
