That was really well done. Filming, editing, soundtrack-- all very good.
Also, if you follow the Strava link to the activity (yep, it's Mexico City) this kind of thing is apparently pretty common. For the pieces on the freeway where he's cooking it 30-40mph, he's not even in the top 100 on the leaderboards.
I particularly enjoyed the bit from about the 9-minute mark to 13 minutes or so.
