A couple of months ago I had just done some repair work and maintenance on my vintage roadster, including nice looking tyres and a good clean. When I passed a sidewalk cafe shouted he wanted to buy it. I answered that it would be too expensive. It used to be easily confused here for an ordinary old bike, so after all the work I appreciated the recognition.
