I put a drop or two of Tri-Flow in the derailleur cable housing every now and then, but usually when I'm replacing the inner cable anyway. As long as you don't point the hose directly at hub, BB, or headset bearings, they're reasonably well sealed against water and dirt. Clamping surfaces and various bolts should always be greased, but that only needs to happen once a year or so, depending on how you treat the bike.
In your case, I'd dry off the bike and wipe it down, lube the chain, and you should be good to go. And then listen to your bike when you ride -- usually if something needs lubrication it'll let you know.
