Anyways, Delta bike accessories has offered the remote plastic resv. air horn for many years and I've looked at the steel can rechargeable marine type from Taylor Made. Too modern.
This crazy unit has my interest. Refinish the color and make a quick detach bracket.

Is that a hand/foot operated piston that drives the horn? Hadn't seen one like that before... it does make you think about different ways to mount it and actuate it.
...or go with the pressurized soda bottles like the Air Zound horn?? Using light & cheap soda bottles was a stroke of genius!
When I was bike commuting on a busy road, I used to fantasize about having a big truck horn. The need for a few pounds of batteries killed any idea of actually implementing the project, but it was still fun to dream about.
