Fuji has some issues. Chain is off the ring and all tangled up. As - is maybe $75. Refurbished $150 - $300 depending on how many new parts go into it.
Needs bar tape, cables, lube, tires. Not much, really. Easy stuff. But the frame is rust-free and nearly flawless. After some research, at least around here and in good condition, they sell for $200 to $400. Better market I guess.
