Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone might be able to help identifying a frame. It's from my uncle and I'd like to fix it up for him, the only problem is that he spray painted it a long time ago and can't recall make/model. I haven't had any luck with the serial number as it doesn't seem to match any of the common formats. Any help is appreciated!
