Wheels were surprisingly lubed and adjusted nice. Didn’t check the bottom bracket. My biggest issue was the headset was basically frozen. I was able to get to lubed but couldn’t take off the fork, so likely no lube there.
Haven’t wanted to tackle that issue since everything is working well now...
