Yeah haha, never thought I'd see the day lol. The Viejas grade is a bucket-list climb in San Diego that is devoid of pavement on the west (good) side, and I hadn't climbed it yet! It was great. Totally doable going up on a road bike. If I had to go down it, however, I think a proper gravel bike would have been in order. The backside descent is paved.
