That's especially true for anything a motorist does or says short of assault or harrassment. And for those, we have the police. No sweat.
you are, of course, correct. restraint can be the hardest thing in the world to do sometimes. but we should all try. basically when you react to someone, you're making an assumption that they aren't completely insane. that's a huge assumtion to make these days.
