The fork is a Tange cro-mo these came stock on a lot of the 70's Fujis the branding and markings on theses is on the steerer tube. As for value I would say $75-100 for parts or as a project bike for a smaller rider. Nice small sports frame set but will cost more than it would be worth to fix it up if your not going to keep it as a rider.
