Really nice work Devin - this looks like a fantastic bike. After riding many great bikes from the 30s to the 90s, I feel that this lightweight 650B configuration is close to the ideal for fast and comfortable riding. I'm often struck by how we now seem to be rediscovering a lot of what the French builders had pretty much figured out 70 years ago. I just finished building up a late 40s Alleluia 650B that has many similarities with Devin's bike. By comparison, the Alleluia frame and fork weigh 5.9 lb and the complete bike weighs 22.1 lb (21.0 lb without pedals).
