Went to the store most convenient to me this morning after my ride. It's closing and seems that the sale has been on for at least a week. I spoke to one employee and he said they're keeping two or three open south of my area but didn't say if that's permanent or something temporary.
Right now my store is at 30-50% off but according to the employee it should go up in a week or two. He thinks after the holidays they'll be shut down permanently. I grabbed a few things but nothing special. Some clothing racks were just about empty. Brakes and tools areas sparse. Their fixtures and even workstands and all had price tags on them too.
