Just rereading your post, what 2.0 tires are you using. That is one thing I need is wider tires. I'm off road a little, as our driveway is a bit soft with loose gravel and sand..I'm not walking it out to the road....
I had Kenda Small Block 8 2.0" tires on the 2014 DS 8.4.
Worked a treat, only not good for very muddy conditions.
Minimal clearance but enough to not get into too much trouble
Versus standard LT1 on a DS 8.3
