How did u cut the holes in the top tube bag for the screws?
It comes with a plastic insert that is preformed to keep the bags shape and has 2 sets of holes in the plastic frame. You can use either set to put the bag closer or further from the headset. I just made a tiny cut in the fabric where the holes were in the plastic and the screws went right through. Real easy and made as an option if you dont want to velcro.
