Using the indoor trainer and Zwift working the Fondo training plan and into week 4 of 4!!! Down a little over 20 lbs since August

MTD - 88.6
Goal - 250 - pray for me, I believe this will be the hardest month for me, it is aggressive but certainly attainable. give the first 9 days of the month.
