I am not confident of the Quad Lock thing, it looks like a part of it needs to be glued to the back case of the phone.
I'm never confident of glued or chemical stuff.
I use a cheap Chinese waterproof phone holder like this:
But I replaced the cheap connector at the back with this.
And screwed this base plate onto the case:
