Bikes: '08 Look 585, '07 Kuota Kebel, '80s Alan Peitsch

I have owned a Gitane TdF, Peugeot Triathlon and I currently own a Look 585. I haven't been too impressed with any of them. If it was asked "What's so special about Italian bikes?" I would be on board.
