Ok the axle is made by the hub company, a tempered steel of some sort....

And not a specific hub part incorporating part of the mechanics of the coaster brake function inseparable from the axle itself

I did use 8.8 , 5mm bolts on my touring bike's lower rack strut to the frame connection.. .. for security..
