Ok, I charged it. It started at 51.7 volts and the charger just cut off at 53.9 volts. reading 4.1 volts an each cell bank except 2 at 4 so now I am chickening out about running at battery volts straight thru to controller and plan to reassemble with bms as factory and try a test ride.

I did the test ride and it cut out just like before. Showing 52 volts on the lcd at rest now. It cut out while it was showing 49 volts under mild up hill pedaling in assist level 3 [MENTION=205580]250[/MENTION] watts.
An amp meter would probably tell more to me or a watt meter? The volt read out seems to mean nothing.
