Orthopedist says i'm probably gonna need surgery to remove the torn parts of my meniscus
buuuuuuut I was also told I can ride as much and as hard as I want/am able and can ignore whatever pain there is without worrying about making the injury worse. I'll know more in a couple of weeks, in the meantime I'm upping volume and spending a lot of time doing tempo.
