The best time for good deals is right after the show starts and right before it ends. I've got some great deals on frames this way. People who can ride a 61+ are fairly rare, so I've been able to wait out several frames and pick them up for almost half the original price, including buying some at below cost. The bargin bins are torn to bits in the first day, so don't expect much after unless you're an unusual size. With some patience, good haggling skills, and knowlegde of online prices, you can do very well at the T.O. bike show.

My all time best deal was when Bicycletta firesold tons of Euro bibs and jerseys for $50 each. I bought like 8 things and resold them all on eBay for over $80, and some for over $125 (Colnago bib-tights).
