Been unseasonably warm here, and almost no snow. Finally a dusting of snow on Christmas Eve, so at least a blanket of white over all the brown. And it melted off the roads almost right away, so we did a quick 10-miler, and picked up an abandoned old Trek 800 and Instep trailer hulk, for the parts.
