Yes, that is an ideal Christmas present, similar to the Fathers Day present I received in 2017, when I took a much shorter and less ambitious ride with both sons and my elder grandson in the kiddie trailer. (His little brother was still "under construction" at the time.
) We missed 2018 because of my elder son's patellar tendon tear, but I'll drop hints about wanting to do it again in 2019.
