Thank you very much for the paint info. That helps explain why I have had such a difficult time locating touch-up paint. My Schwinn Chicago head badge is stamped with the manufacturing date 1419 (141st day of 1979) which is 5/21/1979 so I will now consider the color Sky Blue.
