I've got the Lezyne Super GPS, and am happy with it: it's relatively inexpensive and works well. And while you do need to use your phone to load a navigation file, it doesn't use your phone while riding. In fact, after loading the file, you could leave your phone at home, if you wish.

If I were buying now, I would take a harder look at the Wahoo Elemnt models, though, since they are very well-reviewed and only a bit more costly.
