Vittoria Rubino G+ Speed install on Shimano 9100 wheels by hand. Removal is easy with a lever or two.

I've also been using Rubino Pros for years. The only problem I've had was with a DT Swiss rim (I forget the model). Nearly impossible to get the tire on. And after a flat on the road and a half hour struggle to replace the tube, that rim is now history.
I would not use a tire/rim combination which required straps and bead jacks for exactly this reason. It has to be serviceable in the field.
