Regardless, I found them and based on the Shimano 3 speed hub with twist shifter and the fork reflectors, it's a circa 1971-1975 entry level model. The registration would imply 1974-1975. The fork reflectors are the style used by Bridgestone, so they may be the manufacturer but the serial number would provide confirmation.
