Needed a new tube so i got my parents to get me one whilst they were in town. Gave them the measurments on a bit of paper 700 x 20-28c. Guy in the shop gives them 700 x 18-23c. My tyre size is 700 x 28c. Will the tube they gave me, 700 x 18-23c, work in a 700 x 28c tyre?

Thanks guys, cos could save me a trip back to the dam shop.
