Most consider it AlAN made though others claim Peugeot - in house, sourced lugs from CLB, used slightly larger diameter carbon tubes, bonded and unlike AlAN threaded + bond.
Peugeot's first CF bike was the PY10FC, and was built to Peugeot's specs in collaboration with Vitus. It shares the same design (But not size. Like Vitus Carbone bikes from the PY10FC time had 23mm seatpost, while the PY10FC had a 25mm seatpost) for lugs, BB shell and stay bridges with Vitus Carbone bikes and nothing from ALAN. The ALAN/Peugeot bike posted up by Milofrance is a mystery Peugeot, at least for us in the US. Never saw it in any 80's catalogues that they issued here. But it might have also come out after Peugeot left the US market in the later 80's.
