I do have an old Road ID bracelet that an ex-GF gave me for a birthday. The contact detail on it is her. Somehow I don't think my wife would appreciate me wearing it.
I had a kinda bad crash many years ago, I wasn't carrying any ID, I was conscious but when I flipped and bit the concrete, my keys flew out somewhere and I couldn't get into my apartment or my car. It was early and I had to wait an hour for the apartment office to open so I could get my spare car keys and then went to the hospital.

On a tour last June, I had a low blood sugar event. So after that event I got a road ID and always carry snacks, phone and money when I ride.
