I always try to keep a spare of anything that could keep me from riding one of my bikes were it to fail. So I basically have spares enough to build up an entire bike. And I try to maintain a good inventory of consumables like chainrings, chains and freewheels. But to amass parts just to have parts, no. I'm pragmatic like that.
