I have been going through this. I finally decided that the stash of parts was causing me more stress than pleasure so I committed to clearing it out. Some of the stuff is for sale in the classified section and a lot of it went to the coop. I still have some stuff that needs to be pondered upon some more. At the end of the day, I think I only need one road bike and one mountain bike. Everything else can go.

I think if I wasn't such a slob, I could manage the inventory. The only way I can avoid being a slob and looking for something "I just had a minute ago" is to get rid of most of the stuff.
