Pretty bike, yes, but those gears won't get up many hills empty. Needs a 46/ 34 double crank at the least.
I had similar on a 1974 Raleigh. Those GIs are actually WORSE than a Sturmey Archer 3 speed.
Likely has a low of 50 or 52 GI now.
