It's now 4 days after my 9th Walt Disney World Marathon and my legs are finally beginning to feel somewhat OK. Had done very little walking training since last year's Marathon due to knee issues so I tried to make bicycling longer distances fill in for the lack of pavement pounding. I knew my body would hold up for the expected 6.5 to 7 hours I would need because I had been riding 6 to 10+ hours on a regular basis. Body did good but right knee blew out at mile 25 and left knee began to complain shortly after.

We go thru all 4 Theme Parks plus ESPN Wide World of Sports and I also detour off of the course at mile 15.5 to go to McDonald's for my M&M McFlurry. Was thinking that this was my last one BUT already made reservations for staying next year to go for number 10.
