It was all done with spray cans. I learned quite a bit by doing this paint job. Appearantly there are two main kinds of paint; lacre or enamal, and they're not mixable. I stuck with doing it totally enamal because you can find enamal clear coats easier and cheaper. I just sanded it down, primed it, and painted it. Its all in the prep work though. The more you sand and the better your masking tape job the better it will come out. After doing this I would suggest sticking with "Engine enamal" available at any pep boys, or auto parts store. It seems to go on much thicker than normal paint. It is kinda limited in colors, but I would say a much better choice than normal spray paint.
