I think Microshift May make something for the Nexus 3 speed, but good old Sturmey Archer makes a Shimano compatible 3 speed thumb shifter. https://www.amazon.com/Sturmey-Arche.../dp/B0054ECMS0
Note that a shifter for a Sturmey Archer 3 speed is not compatible.
