Well, it was in the dirt, and I still have a full, albeit sore, range of motion. Last time I ended up on the ground it was straight onto the hip, which I must say is preferable-- I don't lift the gallon of milk out of the fridge with my hip.
I have also found that I've got a whole lot of little scrapes and cuts I didn't notice before. According to Strava it was 7.8mph directly to zero, so it could have been a whole lot worse. I was honestly looking too far ahead.
More bummed that both levers got scratched up than anything else, really.
