Ultrashift levers don't have pointy hoods, so they are easy to spot. IIRC, ultrashift first came out in 2008 as 10 speed. I have some of those in the Centaur carbon lever version, but I changed the right shifter to 11 speed, with parts from a wrecked damaged shifter.
You can make a 10 speed Campy RD shift an 11 speed drivetrain with the early 2009-2014 version of ultrashift levers, just by grinding down the cable clamp bolt to the root of the threads, where the cable contacts the bolt. I used this setup for several years with no problem.
The 2015+ ultrashift levers pull more cable than the older versions, so it may actually be possible to use those levers, with a 10 speed RD and 11 speed cassette. I have a recent posting on the actual cable pulls of both versions, accurately measured with a precision dial indicator.
All that said, I really like the latest version of ultrashift 11 speed, with the 12-32 cassette for the hills and mountains where I ride.
I changed all of my bikes to ultrashift 11 levers, early in 2009, and sold off all of my 10 speed parts, back then. No regrets there. I really hate the ergo lever rebuild process.
Shimano, SRAM and Campy 11 cassette have nearly identical cog spacing, so many people use them interchangeably.
