Lake mtn bike shoes for most rides, since I like to ride to actual destinations and be able to walk and not look like some sort of freakish ****.

For the trainer or the occasional long group ride I have some Pearl Izumi road shoes. They are lighter, but they're not nearly as comfortable or versatile.
