I heartily agree! - it's by my bedside as I type (tho I am poking around after work web surfing...). One of the best overall bike books, besides a good bit of RS content it's the best 'what the hell is this!!??' coverage of the concept of English tricycles. Great illustrations, too. I place this book on equal awesomeness standing with "The best of Bicycling" and "Bicycling: A Guinness Superlatives Guide" by J. Durry & J.B Wadley. (plus old RSF journals and CTC Gazettes, of course, and 70s & 80s Bicycling magazines... And Tony Oliver's "Touring bikes" .. and Tim Hughes' "Wheels of choice" ... and "The custom bicycle" .. and some others...
