I only saw one tooth having a chip on it on the OP's freewheel. I've ridden freewheels with a single whole tooth missing and never noticed it having any effect.
Based on my experiences, I would put that one in service with new chain, and would expect a good service life from it.
Those really were the best-ever freewheels for friction-shift bikes imo.
