If you have a bike you want to convert that's one thing. If you don't have a bike sitting and waiting, get a real 650B bike. They come from France. You will still have plenty of fixup to do. There are really nice bikes in your size just sitting and waiting getting no bids, being re-listed over and over. Then they get listed even cheaper as buy it now and then they go to dumpster. Good bikes. Name brand bikes. Genuine constructeur bikes.
