The subject bicycle appears to be a 1988-1989 Miele Gara 88. Tubeset should be Columbus Cromor. I can't assess the condition from the poor resolution photo but it appears to be 100% OEM, except the tyres and possibly some other consumables. Typically, these are nice, well made, mid-range models with some Italian flair. MSRP was $725 US. Assuming it is ready to ride, with no major issues, I'd say it is fair market value.

Edit: I just noticed the Craiglist link with pictures. Rusty cables and some rust in Allen head recesses, which is typical for age.Looks like it could probably use a new chain and cassette, plus overhaul but overall cosmetics appear better than average for age. Tubing decal does appear to be Cromor, so it is a Gara 88. Previous valuation stands.
