For that group (I saw it in the sale thread), You need a 111 mm length spindle with a Campy/ISO taper. I don’t have any experience with the Stratos BB, so I don’t know if cups can be switched out like with a Phil. If you are able “divert” funds the modern Centaur cartridge BB works for these and can be had from the British web sites for about $40 usually.
Also
AFAIK Exa drive refers to the free hub for 8 speed and doesn’t come into play until you start looking for cassettes for Campy 8 speed wheels.
