Here are the hubs, those tubes definitely have end caps, but I didn't snap a picture of them.

It was in the alley behind my apartment, set out with the trash. My thought was to grease it up, put a double basket on the rack, and use it for groceries when the roads are salted.
Maybe a good candidate for the C&V $100.00 challenge!
